This is just 1 way to do this

Step 1, determin your income needs in great detail
Step 2, develop a business plan outlining your goals and the method to reach them paying attention to step 1
step 3 register with your state, I suggest an LLC.
step 4 purchase at min 1 mill. liability insurance
step 5 if you did step 1 and 2 correctly you will now have a min hourly rate.

look at the property and determin as accurately as possible how long it will take to do the lawn with extreme quality. X's that figure with your hourly rate add 25% for labor and all the percentages of your expenses for that lawn, gas truck mower payment and so on, you now should have a figure approx 2+ x's your hourly labor rate. if that figure meats the requirements of your business plan go with that price, if not don't accept the account because you will never meet goals with pricing that does not jive with your business plan.

No one hear can tell you what to charge we don't know your market and what it will bear or your needs,
