  2. Get a nice polo shirt with your company name on it.
Put it on with dress paints.

Grab a bounch of your companys information packets and a buch of business card.

And go door-door at local businesses that you would like to service.

Walk in and set up a time to come back and offer your services.
Leave a business card and dont forget to write down the time to come back.

    GOOD LUCK

You also could just drive around and take down some names then give them a call.

A friend of mine drives around and will write up an estimate and mail it to them. You would not believe how many times the estimate gets sent to the billing department and then he gets a check, based on the price of an estimate. He is always honest and sends the check back with the explanation that "this is an estimate, not a check".

Try typing a generalized letter then make a list of the business you want to target. Back it up by visiting them. Hit the real eastate management firms as well. Most places want bids sumitted at the end of this season.
