how to lock in estimates...

    How do you secure more of your estimates?

    We do like 20 estimates a day but are only getting 30% sign up!

    We call ahead, customer isn't always there, we do a nice estimate, giving stong sign-up offfers, we call 2 days later to converse about it, and still 30% response.....

    I lowered the price table, that helped, but its not the direction I want to go!

    i found its easier to close the deal when the customer is home and you go over everything with them ..... a number on the back of business card really doesn't help sell yourself my advice is to ask better questions on the phone before the estimate and make sure the customer is home
