How do you guys present your contract to your customer for a mowing?

After you had your 1st cut, do you bring the customer out and ask them if they are satisfied with your service? If so, do you present them a mowing contract?

Sounds like a good proposal contract to me :D ...

If they were to accept your offer of contract, how would you bill them? monthly cycle and go collect or them send you a cheque!

it they sign a contract i am going bill monthly and as long as they are in good standing have them send me a check. it looks more professional. i have set up a p.o. box just for my checks.:) no reason to go after a check and waste gas unless they are behind. i was thinking of picking up money at next service date but that would slow me down if they had to write a check or look for money and does not look too professional.:)
