How to price mulch in a condo

    I have a condo with 33 liveable units. How would i price this. ;)

    Probably the best thing to do, is just measue out the area to be done, calculate the amount of mulch to be laid down, and go from there.
    regardless of whether it is a condo, home, or business, spreading mulch is pretty basic. the only thing other to consider is how far to have to wheelbarrow the mulch if you can't get your truck to the spot.
    I'm in the neighborhood of about $65-$70 per cubic yard, when paying $30 for the mulch (triple ground) sometimes a bit less depending on what other work is to be done.
    bottom line though, is to make sure to charge enough!
