Hello, I am new too the business and was wondering the proper way too start my 1999 Lesco 48" hydro. It has a level for the choke, a key with on, off, start, and a button too push for the engine too turn, and a switch for neutral on/off. What are the steps too start this mower. Do I turn the key from ON too start then hit the button too turn the engine.etc
    thanx alot for any help

make sure its in neutral, pull the lever to the full choke posistion, make sure the neutral locks are on, on the handles, and the brake is on, turn the key. and start her up.

it could be a number of things. it could be flooded. it could be plugs , it could be the starter.
