How do you determine if your blades are worn out? Can you do anything to extend the life of the blades?

    please Rod,
don't say that, I would need new blades every week, I can't keep up with the wear I'm seeing on the tips this year. change them out every other day,
sharpen, balance and run some more, finally starting to get a handle on when the worn blades should be on. I put all the weed yards on the same day.
( customers won't buy weed control) they do pay more to help pay for blade cost though. :D payup

When the lift tips begin to wear down, not round out, then you need to replace them. You will get less lift when they round out, but there is still some life left in them.
