I participate on another forum that enables the users to post their images in multiple threads This is beneficial to both the user and the host site as it enables me to easily give more thorough responses and the host site benefits by having user who are more active and more productive in the online community which greatly improves the content and knowledge contained in the threads. Enabling this feature is beneficial to both the user and lawnsite as it enables members to quickly and easily help other members who are seeking advice by wanting to see examples of such things as marketing materials, service agreements, trailer storage solutions, etc. Site content is vastly improved if users receive better/more thorough responses in a shorter time frame. Isn't it beneficial to lawnsite to make their site more user friend so that members can get/give better/quicker answers to questions? No offense, but going through the hassle of renaming my files and/or saving multiple copies of images, uploading these duplicate images and then having to go back and delete these duplicate images from my computer is a complete waste of my limited amount of available time. I get a tremendous amount satisfaction out of helping other people but I only have a limited amount of time to donate to helping others. It would be so much less time consuming if lawnsite's picture posting process was as user friendly as the other forum I participate on which enables their users to upload and store frequently used images and simply drag and drop them when they need to be attached to a post. Often, one single attachment is relevant to multiple threads and some of the users may have 5 or more different attachments that are relevant to multiple threads. If each one of those 5 attachments is relevant to just 20 separate threads each per year, that means the user has to perform 100 renamings of files and 100 deletions of duplicate files just to help people out that is 200 additional actions each year for just 5 simple attachments that's a lot of wasted time. Sorry, rant over.
