I have a Bid for a New Warehouse/ Office Bldg. Grass area is about 225K Sq' and the Mulch area is 9900 Sq'. Snow Plowing area is 84K Sq' and 6' x 473' Sidewalk

I was thinking like $434 Per Cut and $4340 for Mulching 2". I haven't figured out the snow yet.....

Good luck with those prices...I bet the mowing contract will be 1/2 of that (probably less). You sure as hell won't get $82 an acre on a commerical property for sure.

60 some yards of mulch? 1/2 maybe a little more again...someone will blow that in there at around 40 bucks a yard and be done by lunchtime or sometime very soon after on their way to the next job...figure on 3 grand tops.
