I am preparing a mowing bid for a high end HOA. The property consists of some general lawn areas as well as about 2.5 miles of Boulevards. The Boulevards are 20 ft on each side of the road with trees in the center the entire length that require trimming. There is no trimming required on fence lines or road edges though. I have the lawn areas figured but need some guidance on the Blvds. Should I measure and figure by acre since they are all the same? Give me some advice please!

How many homes are there and without a picture...you're asking us to perform an estimating miracle!

All of the area is Common area. I am not bidding any homes at this time. I am looking for input as to the best method or formula to bid this job.

Time it will take you x desired hourly rate + 10-15% added for estimating error = price.

    Simple!
