I have a 2" supply line (poly), I want to use RainBird 1800's. But should I run 15H nozzles on both sides or should i run 15F's down the middle? Or what are my other options?

More like 10F nozzles, if you strung a row of 33 of them down the center of the strip.

In years past, one might see 20 or so SQU nozzles (square undersized) on brass popups down the center of the strip.

  3. The correct way would be with 15h on both sides...

  4. I serviced a system last week and came across this.... not correct by hey the grass was green..lol

Nice spacing. You know, I pity the fool who has to repair a zone with those old brass square-pattern nozzles.

  6. It was the exact same on the other side of the driveway, the homeowner even said WTF and we both laughed....As you can tell the call was for dead zone wires for the front yard turf zones.......

    I guess the installer wasn't aware of SST's :)

To the original Post. Triangulate the layout with 15H's on each side.

  8. Ditto but what would you do in the corners Jon?

Probably a Q on each side. I know its not spaced perfect, but the options are limited.

You might be able to get away with only 1 Q and throw into the other corner.
