It's going to be a nice dump truck once you painted. Nice scag & trailer
i'll be honest i didnt do anything with the dump. i almost put it on the road over summer when i was getting work where i could have really used it. but i just used my truck and made taller sides on the trailer to hold more material. i have to do something with the dump next year. either give it some TLC and put it on the road or sell it and buy other equipment with the $ cause i dont just like having it sit.
HPSInc.- hey how much did that 7x12 cost you. I went to their website but they have no prices up.
You shouldn't sell the dump truck just paint get new tires and rims and use it for a year or 2. Then just sell it and get another one or save the money.
the trailer i think was 2200-2300 out the door..right around there if i remember correctly. mechanically the dump is very good. i am torn between selling it for a new dump trailer or selling it for a newer dump truck. 2000+ in yr. but the fixer-upper in me thinks i should hang onto it. worse case, i buy a dump trailer anyways and this would be a nice back-up beast. i will probably keep it as i dont think i would get much $ out of selling it.
driveway is filling up. picked up a 7 x12 12,000 dump trailer today. its a beast. put in a bid on a huge shop. hope it gets accepted so i can move all the madness over there.
What kind of dump is that? You won't really need that GMC dump now, but it is nice to have a backup for plowing especially. For what you have into it, it may be a good thing to have around if you have the room.
the dump trailer is a brand called Dump & Go. i reasearched them last night. they make some nice trailers. I definately plan to spruce up the dump truck and get it on the road. I forget I own it sometimes. I really need to get a shop next. That would be a huge stepping stone
Ya for sure, it would be nice to have a place to put all your equipment. And a place to work on everything!
picked up my 36'' vride today. took little photo shoot with the 52'' vride. just cut the front and back of my house and am very impressed with this little bugger. i cant wait to use it this year. picked up a new stihl edger also.
