Any pros/cons between these two trimmers which cost about the same price - 199.
My brother and I both have had the Echos for 4 years with out a single problem. They seem to be decent on fuel usage. Just need to figure out how many time to prime the carb and it will start on the 3rd or 4th every time.
I have never used that husq but husq is all I run and they have a lot of hours on them.

Got the 128LD from Lowes.. Started and ran good. Well balanced, trimmer head worked good. Not as much power as I had hoped to cut through the tall and thick grass. I think the 225 is even smaller displacement, I am guessing likely even less Horsepower. As long as you don't have real thick stuff the 128 should be fine. Like almost anything else there are always reports of isolated problems...
I have had the echo for 3yr and have been happy with it. Starts easy and runs great.
