I went to get my Husqvarna trimmer today and when I pulled on the throttle nothing happened, it stayed at idle. I look at the thottle, the cable is connected but it doesnt have enough "tightness" to pull it open. How could I fix this?

The outer sheath of the cable has to be retained on both ends for it it work, usually easy to check the end at carb, not so easy to see other end...assume you unit is same as Echo.

its hooked on both end and pulls the cable just doesnt pull the thottle open.

One end is adjustable...meaning the sheath is held by a clamp....you need to loosen the clamp and pull the sheath a little bit and retighten.
