Hustler sent me this kit to improve the lift of the XR7 in my conditions. I have been quiet about it till now. Just came today. I am on my way to work but I have time to post 1 picture before I go. PJ says they tested it in the worst conditions and it worked well. I hope I can get it installed in the morning and report back Friday night. Wish me luck. Heres the picture. It lowers the front baffle height and puts a baffle between the right and middle blade if I read the instruction correctly. Wish I didn't have to go or I would install it now. I may not have it layed out correctly. In a hurry but wanted you to know about it. Tacoma200

I'm anxious to see what that does. I have just the left side FFT installed and mine cuts perfect now, but the grass isn't super thick like in spring.

Well, I guess I'll continue the post with my pics/info.

    ALSO recieved my kit today.

    One BIG problem...I don't have a 66" deck.

Yep...Murphy's law strikes me again. I was accidentaly shipped a 66" kit.

LOOKS great. I'm real confident it will work.

It's designed and built REALLY well. Mortised joints, lazer cut, heavy gauge welded steel.

Full bag of carriage bolts and nuts.

I'm so impressed at the speed and reaction by Hustler on this. These were red tag next day aired to my door.

Supposedly, someone from Michigan got my 60" kit, and I got his 66" kit.

Oh, well....It'll set me back a few days I guess.

If you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for your Hustler Z, and what if any extras where included in the price you paid? Thanks.

This kit looks promising to me...

It's going to be a mess after cutting though... LOL...
