What is everyone's opinion on the Fastrak Super Duty? Looks like a solid mower. Is this a commercial mower or residential? I am hearing that it is and that it isn't. What is the general consensus?

The Fastrack Super Duty, at least the 36'' and 42'', are rebadged mini-z's. I have a mini-z, it is great and is labeled by Hustler as commercial-grade

I thought I had read that somewhere. Does your mini-z have the Hydro Gear ZT 2800 pump/wheel motors? If so, how have they held up.

I think the 36/42" Mini Zs have the ZT 2800 unitized pump as do the Fastraks. The 52" Mini is just like the Full size machines having separate pumps and motors.

Search on Hustlers Forum. I know I have seen this discussed there.

Yes, they are the integrated zt-2800 pumps. I just got the machine so I can't give you opinions on durability but I haven't heard of anyone having problems. Several posters have mentioned that they are a little whiney and it is true but they feel pretty strong and definetly up to the task of moving the little mini-z.
