I.A. in Phoenix?

    I'm looking forward to it. I'd love to meet some more of you guys. Some of you Texans would most likely enjoy a good chicken fried steak at TexAz Grill, but I have no idea what steak house Mike is talking about. Need more info, Mike.

    I think he is talking about Monte's. Really old place on Mill near the river bottom.

    I wonder if they import their beef from the mid-west, I can't imagine desert cow being better than corn cow.

    Some of the best beef I've ever had came from range-fed cows in Oregon.
     
  7. They aren't....grass fed is a rip off. A mixture of grass fed and corn in a 2 year old female cow makes for the best meat.

    What kind of ranges do they feed them? Gas or electric?
