its about time to grease up my mower and i was wondering what kind of grease do you use

because ive heard if you don't put on the right grease the parts on the mower will wear out faster

in case you use different grease for different mowers i have a toro gear drive

Use a high temp grease for the spindles or they will wear out fast. I use synthetic high temp grease on all of my equipment (Toro,Exmark,Bobcat,Wright).

use a good quality sythetic grease Amsoil makes a good one.
My co buys grease from Fleet Farm and that stuff only works for about a week and then it dries and cakes up they buy it cause its cheap and they think grease is grease and thats not the case.

My exmark spindles are non-greaseable, for everything else I use wall-mart grease.

Have you looked in your mower book for the grease specification or contacted your dealer?

Remember grease is good but too much grease will blow out the seals.
