    Looks Great, the only thing I noticed and this may not be required in NJ but I think it is in Ohio is wind speed and temp. But really good layout.

    I cant get it the way i have it on my comp. Looks better than what i have posted.

    WAY too much work and writing. What if you are using two different herbicides mixed? Then, you have TWICE the amount...and you have to look up all these epa #'s and such. Same if you are treaing for both weeds and insects. It would be best to have all your commonly used chems listed, then you'll be able to just check them. On ours, for our own records, we have to list the amount of ai per M or per acre. So, because we just do a carbonless, all this info is given to the customer as well.

    I have all of that, I would upload it but word docs. are invalid for some reason. I have a sheet with all of the chem., fert i use.w/ product name , chem., name. manufacturer, epa # amount p/k, analysis ( oz. or lb.) then i highlite what products that were used .
    Runner, do you have an example of what you use? Any examples would be appreciated..
