    i would through some plants along that walkway and lay some sod down and more plant beds around the front

    A couple of nice trees staggered in the front yard will help to break up the flatness of the house.

    S&M you must live next door to Lowes. LOL What type of lighting do you suggest.

    Any suggestion on bushes or plant that can survive low maintenance and dry weather? As far as my budget I like to keep it around $1500 or ball parkish.
