Still have my fathers IR 1/2" he used as a pro truck wrench in the 70's. Haven't had a bolt resist it often. CP is another good brand and I dont mean the Harbor Freight knockoff.:usflag:

I have a slew of IR tools...I also have Snap-On...I prefer IR over Snap-On almost all of the time.

Thanks for all the replies! I like the versatility of a cordless impact wrench, but I did want a pneumatic gun. I need to sit down and think of the pros and cons of each. Thanks - Mike

I use the IR 2115QTIMAX 3/8 Titanium. Its a bad a$$ little unit! I got it about four years ago specifically to do blades, since the 1/2" unit was a bit bulky trying to one-hand the middle blade. The sucker is P O W E R F U L L ! Coupled with a Snap-On 3/8 X 15/16 impact socket you can't beat it. I haven't ran across a blade bolt, lug nut , or flywheel nut that has stopped it yet.
Only drawback is it takes some gettin' used to on the smaller stuff!

I got the nitro cat 1200 , I think that's what it's called, and it works great. I think it was around $ 125?
