I guy that i have known mostly all of my life asked me to drawl up a contract for this inlaws lawn service for the year. which would include lawn mowing $30 a cut, snow $30 per, bush trimming and weed control $70 per, gutter $35 per, the guys really nice and i don't want to over bid but just not sure how to go about doing a contract for a year, thought about payment per job??? That do you think?? If anyone could send me a copy of there contract forms to help me get started it would be greatly taken to heart!
    anything helps!!!!

total up all your services and divide by 12. Then in your contract describe how your work will be completed.

perhaps ask the guy what type of contract that he wants. I customize some of my agreements for current customers. Ask whether he wants billed per service, flat monthly rate, etc.
