Ok heres the deal. I need to start a partnership. I know you guys dont like partnerships but that is what i am doing. I need to get someone to write up a legal statement saying what each of us are going to do and be accountable for and then sign it. I also need to find out how to register the partnership and get a tax i.d. number. Then I also need to figure out how I need to report earnings and income and all that jazz. So what i really need help on is some advice and how to go about this in the cheapest possible way.
    Hope you can help,

Some things you can't skimp on. And walking into this venture with a mindset, "the cheaper the better", isn't a good way to build the foundation of your business. Honestly, you really need to talk to an attorney, and find yourself a good accountant to handle all your tax affairs.
