I need to cheat a little on the grass, I have St. Augustine and it does not stay as green as we like it to be ( baja calif. coastal area). What kind of seed can i buy to add into the grass that stays green all year round and that does not grow to long quick either. That blends with St. Aug. grass and stays green...

Why dont you try fert and proper water? Nothing looks like Aug in seed. Best you'll find is Zoysia and it dont stay green year round

I agree with CKLandscape.. proper fert & water. If you want a quick green, apply some organic iron and you'll think it's St. patty's day.
