If someone wanted to buy your business and offered enough money that you would sell, what would you do next?

I'd look into a Dunkin Donuts franchise. BIG money involved when it comes to that morning cup of joe!

I had that happen this past summer, it took two seconds for me to think about it and I'VE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER.
I'm looking for a 48" walk behind that i will put in the back of a pick up and be a super scrub.
