If you have a crew of 2 guys cutting for you, and you have lets say 4 days, tuesday wed, thurs, fri,, booked for them on the norm,,,what if you get into rain for awhile,,do you guys keep your crews out there, or do you bring them in and push hard the other days?

Do you big guys ever run into times when u cant give your guys 40 hours cause of rain?

    What do you do?

Hell My long term goal is to knock the time down to about 50 hours.

  4. I check the weather radar on the computer and if it looks like it will last longer than 2 hrs I bring them in and we just go longer days the rest of the week. We only work in the rain if its not a down pour and its passing over quickly. I can't see paying guys to sleep in a truck for 2-3 hours. Sometimes, depending on the lawn, it doesn't look as good when you cut it in the rain. It gets messy and muddy sometimes, can't clean it off as good AND it takes alot longer.
