im just talking about what the tires rolling in a different direction are doing . they arent totally rolling out any started rut activity , but the diagonal pattern is rolling some of it out

    Gotcha.
That first perimeter pass/tracks are the ones that get me...pretty hard to avoid, even if using different sized mowers each week. I cut every lawn with the same machine...and while it rarely if ever ruts...it is still just a fact of life.

I cut half circles and "S" curves sometimes just for something different. :D

I go for the diamond look, straight and opposing angles. Not the greatest pic, but you get the idea.

Looks great! What machine is doing that fine work?

the machine is a 48" exmark hydro turf tracer-been using them for years. Went back to all walkbehinds awhile ago, and with this saturated turf we currently have, glad I did.

I use a 60'' TT. I thought it looked like an Exmark's work.

The Exmark TT has, in my book, proven to be quite a dependable machine. This was a 6 day cut yesterday, lawn's are still in hyper-growth!
