My partner and I are considering incorporating our company and after talking to an account and lawyer we are now more serious about it. But first I was looking for some insight from you owners. Have you incorporated ? Why did you or why did you not.? Does doing this take some personal liability away from you incase of a lawsuit or other incident? Also do creditors now look at your company as a newbie and shy away? Any opinions or experience in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

we are considering the same thing, because of the liability and employee issues. if i were you, i would take the advice of my lawyer and accountant before i took the advice of some 13 year old masquarading as a legitimate business owner on this site. once you incorporate, creditors considering extending the corporation credit look at all partners or officers credit scores.
