    Hi Everyone as you may of heard the IRS is coming down hard on companies that rely on paying a salary or day wage or as an independent contractor. when you get audited over the next few years this information will be important to you and you can reference this. By the way I have seen over 50 different versions of weekly pay and I would say that 49 are questionable . However since more than 25% of our industry is paying wrong this is in our best interest for the coming years to fight an IRS audit. Here is the link to the IRS training manual to catch contractors from paying without withholding taxes. the most important thing to remember is section 530 A safe harbor rule.
