I was going to tell you, you might try out LawnPride on the south side. They are getting big and also has snow removal service so you could stay working all year.

Jay you may want to consider joining the Midwest Regional Turf Foundation, the Indiana Professional Lawn and Landscape Association, the Indiana Nursery and Landscape Association and the Indianapolis Landscape Association. You'll meet lots of great people in all of these organizations with every skill level and have more meetings to attend than you'll have time to go to.
