Still looking to sell my business. I have been in the business for 7 years, 5 years with own company, and am looking to get out to persue other options. Up for sale is my company, name, equipment, accounts and website, which is under construction. Below is a list of all equipment (I don't think I left anything out) and types of contracts.

    Equipment:

2004 8.5’ X 20’ enclosed Interstate Trailer w/ weedeater rack, blower rack, etc.
2003 60” Exmark ZTR 27HP Kawasaki Liquid Cooled
2002 52” Toro Walkbehind 17HP Kawasaki Floating Deck
    2004 36” Exmark Walkbehind 15HP Kawasaki
2004 Little Wonder Bed Shaper 13HP Kawasaki
    2002 Brown MFG Bed Edger
2002 John Deere Gator 6X4 with Hydraulic Dump Bed
    2 Stihl FS 80 Weedeaters
    2 Echo Backpack Blowers
    1 Shindaiwa Weedeater
    2 Proslide Sulkies
    1 Toro Tru Trax Sulky
    1 Shindaiwa Hedge Trimmer
    3 Wheel Barrows
Numerous Hand Tools (pitch forks, scoop shovels, rakes, etc)
2003 Boss 7’6” Poly Straight Plow with wire harness and upgraded handheld controller
Boss Undercarriage for ¾ ton HD GMC
2005 SnowEx1075 Salt spreader with in cab control
    Almost full pallet of salt
60 gallon water/fertilizer sprayer for bed of Gator
    Oregon Blade sharpener
    Extra blades
    Fuel cans
2006 Poulan 20" gas Chain Saw
    1 Jungle Jims Mower Jack
    Landscaping Design Software
    Quickbooks Billing Software

All equipment would retail well over $30,000. All equipment is used, but well maintained, in great shape and all working!

    Contracts:

1 full service neighborhood (Mowing, mulch, flowers, fert., snow, salt, etc.) which I have maintained for over 3 years
1 neighborhood mowing and snow/salt (other services upon request) for 3 years
    3 commercial properties
10 residential properties (7 in same neighborhood)
1 commercial fertilization contract maintainded for 2 years
Numerous mulch jobs for same and new customers throughout the season
    Numerous landscape jobs throughout season

Mowing contracts alone, based on 28 mows a year, are worth well over $40,000(Scroll down to see an insert from my quickbooks business account from March 06-current). This is without the mulch/landscape jobs and snow/salt accounts!

Based on 28 mows, with what would be left beginning September 1st, you could still bring in over $13K just in mowing for the rest of the year. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SNOW PLOWING AND SALTING! Maintain the accounts again next season and everything would be paid off!

I will work with buying person/company for a period of up to 2 weeks for a reasonable rate to get them comfortable and aware of all areas and properties mowed.

With all the equipment and contracts, I am asking locally $55,000 for all. Make me a good deal!!!!!!!!!!!!

For this price, you would make your money back in a year and a half or less, if you are a hard worker and would like to expand more. I also get a lot of work from another larger company that is too busy to get to some mowing and landscape jobs, so they normally call me first before anyone else. Once again, serious inquiries only, please, and more pics are available upon request.

Here is a copy of what I've made so far from mowing (from March till now), and amounts I currently have out that are due for this month:

If the amounts above don't come out correctly, let me know and I can email it to you so that you can read it better. Sorry.

The amounts above were copied directly from my Quickbooks account and pasted onto here, minus the names of the accounts. As you can see, you can easily make your money back in no time at all. THIS IS ONCE AGAIN WITHOUT THE SNOW/SALT ACCOUNTS AND SOME LANDSCAPING ACCOUNTS THAT I DID PRIOR TO THIS, AND FROM CUSTOMERS PAYING CASH!!!!!!

Business and accounts are in Indianapolis, IN. Thanks for your time.

I have an attorney that works with my wife that will provide and assist with all forms need to transfer the business name, LLC, equipment, etc to the new owners. Whatever he charges, I will split that fee with the buyer!
