Info about insurance....help!!!

    Is 300k liability insurance enough for residential/light commercial....any info is good.

    IMHO ..I would up it to at least one million.....For most commercial around here ...they require proof of at least that much.

    same here most commercial is 1 mill and some 2 mill

    it may depend on what type of commercial you do. mine require it with proof but never told me a min. $ amount to have. i have 500k. find a broker that offers ERIE INSURANCE.

    Most that ask for it out here also require 1 million.

    you need at least 1 million around here to get the bids .

    just so you know it is not as expencive as you may be thinking. i bet you will be shocked at the price atleast i was.

    One agent quoted me $525 for 300K for 1 yr. I will continue to shop around

    1 million is $40/month. Well worth it when you think about what can go wrong out there and the insane awards being given.
