Are these two different brands? Which is the better one?
I'm thinking of installing them on a 1999 F350 PSD dump.
Do they work beter then regular tire chains. If I put them on do I need to take them off in the summer?

Last question...who in the Pittsfield, MA area is a dealer?

    Thanks.

I use on spots and they have worked very well. Do a search for 2wd plow trucks or chains you will get info. Yes they can be left on all year.

However if the on spots are not engaged before you get stuck, they won't work. So my guys drop them whent hey start plowing. The bad part about them is you have to be goign 5 mph to engage them, and can't be going more than 25 mph.
