After a foundation replacement, many trees removed, and a year without grass... It's time to install some sort of lawn.

I plan on renting a skidloader with one of the following attachments, I just don't know what's best for my situation:
-soil conditioner (that's like a harley rake w/out bucket right?)

From the research I've done, I'm leaning towards the soil conditioner

I'm dealing with 1/3 acre or so of actual lawnwork. Should be minimal very minimal rocks over a few inches, nothing I can't pick up by hand if the machine brings them up. There's a buried brick walkway that I plan to pull up.

I do have a mound of dirt that I plan on filling in some low spots, so I need something to do basic grading.

Here's a pic if it helps at all. Thanks for any advice!
