Ive got a contractors insurance policy that covers my equipment and 1mill liability. My truck is on my personal policy(full coverage) if I were in a accident while working that was my fault would my personal insurance cover damage to my truck/other car even though I was using the truck for my bussiness?

Side note: the business is part time and the truck is a secondary veh. personally so it is not my daily driver when not mowing

    thanks,
    R&R

You should call your insurance agent for the answer. Every policy is different.

In Virginia you don't need commercial plates.

I don't have commercial plates (they are the Jamestown 400 year ones) and my truck, a half ton pickup, is registered in my businesses name.
