I know QB does payroll, does anyone know anything about that? Do I need to use a payroll company to be able to get group medical coverage or does QB offer that? My husband started this business 16 years ago, we've always bought individual coverage for ourselves and did not offer health insurance to employees. (normally only had 3) Last summer we went into partnership with our son-in-law and daughter. We would like to be able to get major medical now, since she has asthma and they would like to have another baby at some point. You can not get coverage for either unless it's a group plan. Also with the addition of tree trimming we NEED to have workers comp. In Florida it's not required until the fourth employee, so we've never had it. Guess that's a lot of questions, but if anyone can give me any advice I'd appreciate it.
