Starting a small landscaping business this spring.
Services will include mowing, cleanups, fertilizing and small landscaping jobs like pavers, etc.
What type of insurance should I carry? Will only be myself and 1 other family member working for the first couple of years.

You'll need commercial liability insurance to cover you and your family member for the services you offer, commercial vehicle insurance, and possible a rider for your landscaping equipment. From what I've been told (I too plan to startup this coming Spring) it should run from 1,000 to 2,000 per year for all three. I could be low on that, but you can get the quotes for yourself, or perhaps someone else can offer more specifics?
