How do you guys set up your billing cycle for customers who have you mow and do applications. I was wondering do you send them a bill right away for the applications and then bill at the end of the month, or do you do it all at once at the end of the month.

I do the same as ant. Any mowing customer gets all additional services thrown onto the monthly invoice, unless it's a bigger landscaping project.

We have to bill right away for the applications, because it is right on the statement of service.

Anything that is done extra besides the usual mowing is added to the monthly invoice, just make sure you are explaining the extra charge on the invoice.

Anything I do for a customer goes onto one bill at the end of the month.
