Invoicing in Jobber

    For those of you who are using jobber how easy is it to do the monthly invoices? I'm trying it out now and I have to enter the service and price on each job for the month. Will it remember this information next month or do you have to enter it all over again? Because that would take forever. I'm hoping it works out because I have been pleased with the software so far...

    Hey gmlcinc,

    You can always get in touch with our support team with questions like this and we'll be more than happy to help out. It's also much quicker than posting here, since we're not able to monitor all the forum sites as closely as our own helpdesk.

    Anyway, you don't need to enter the service information every time you invoice —*only the once for the job, and then every time you invoice for that contract the line items will be entered automatically for you. You can always make changes to the invoice if needed.
