How do you determine whether or not an invoice has been sent thru e-mail using quick books.

Im having a hard time remembering which I have e-mailed (using the program) and which I have not.

When you e-mail. It should have a space where you can enter your e-mail address. I think it is the space bcc or blind carbon copy. Look for that space when you use the email option. I hope this helps.

look up the customer transaction history you should be able to double click on the invoice and see the actuall number and all the info, and if the adress is wrong you will get a mailor deamon saying the email was not delivered

Usually what I do, is when I create the invoice, I click the bottom left ... email invoice.

That way, I know that if it's been created, it's been emailed.
