Irrigation Foreman & Laborer - Burnsville, Minnesota

    Come and join our team at TPC Landscape. We are looking for hard-working, motivated, quality individuals to fill these positions. We do installing, repairing and maintaining commercial & residential irrigation systems.

    Qualifications & Expectations:
    - Installing systems & insuring that they function properly
    - Repairing & maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers
    - Locating existing zones & Valves and performing pump repairs
    - Activate & deactivate irrigation systems according to seasonal priorities or pre-established schedules
    - Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship and regular site visits
    - Ensure that all work is being done in a safe & efficient manner and maintains excellent quality with strong attention to detail
    - Manages & maintains record keeping
    - Emphasizing quality & efficiency of operations

    Requirements:
    - Valid driver’s license with health card
    - Ability to read, write and speak English, to proficiently read, comprehend and interpret blue prints
    - Must be dependable & effective in leadership
    - Ability to lift 75 lbs and operate equipment, including hand equipment daily

    Preferred:
    - 2 years irrigation experience
    - Snow removal experience

    Labor positions would be entry level position for a positive & hard working individual who wants to grow in the irrigation industry.
