What do you consider to be the responsibilities of an irrigation foreman?
Installation or service and repairs?

Don't get caught doing side jobs.
a foreman should be completely self sufficient, not nearly design savvy, but can at least install a job and/or trouble shoot
He should also be able savy enough to be able to make small field changes, read prints ,size pipe ,calculated flows ,be able to manage a couple of guys
