Sorry, I'm an irrigation newbie and had a few quick questions.

    1. Do people on wells have restrictions on putting in irrigation? I have an acre and was wondering if I should just do the front of the house or the back as well. Would I drain the community well quickly by doing this?

    2. I am sure there are a zillion combinations of add ons, luxuries, etc, but for a full acre, what should one expect to pay? Half an acre? I have 2 75 ft beds in the front and a small one in the back.

Anymore information you need, let me know.

Just trying to create a budget for myself and gain a better understanding of what to expect.

In some places. Most require a backflow, some limit volume check local rules.
Do as much as you can afford.

Yep, depending on how much you draw from the aquifer. Chances are you won't make a dent in it though.

"community well"?? - are you buying metered water? Is there some secondary water source piped to homes?

Shared wells up here always end up messy....

When the house with the well gets sold, people get greedy...
