need help! getting into putting down sod , i'm in Florida, the first job is going to be my home there is no irrigation now.

? is should i have the irrigation put down first or put down the sod?

i think to lay the irrigation first but someone told me to lay the sod first.

    thanks to all.

Why lay sod and then rip it up/apart.
At least drop pipe and then sod, can always install heads later

    Irrigation first defintely!
Just install head about an 1.5 higher to make up for sod thickness or whatever thickness your sod is down there.

Then roll out the sod and cut open the whole to each head.

Usually we flag each head then come back and open them all up after sod is down

  4. irrigation first, then sod
