i have a simple contract(agreement) it simply states that. i agree to mow and trim and blow clipping off the drive way. it also states that i bill at the end of the month and that it's 1.5% if not paid by the last day of the next month.

i have some city work that i want to try and get. last year i got the work but they didn't advertise for bids(i think they got like 4 bids and i was the lowest)
this year it's going up for counsel vote.

do i give them my contract with the payment information on it? i know they are going to pay. i don't want to scare them thinking i'm going to charge interest. sometimes it takes a little while to get paid before the check gets approved and signed.

I would take that part out, I doubt that the government would try to skip the bill :)
