its going to be 60 degrees today in nj is it to early to put the door hangers out?
If I was going to do hangers this season I would target the areas I want to grow most in and start papering them once now, and then paper them again in a month expanding into a larger area on the next go round. If you wait things may get real busy and you will have more time to do bids while it is slower. That is just my take. Good luck!
I just did my first round of direct mail last week and I'm already getting calls. I did two estimates today. In another 3-4 weeks I will start with my door hangers. I find the business owners like to get things done early and most other people wait til the last minute to call.
I'm starting next week here.
If no snow on the ground and your temps look spring-y over the 10 day forecast, hang away. You might catch some folks with spring fever. If any chance of a major chill or snow, hold off though. Its still early.
