I have been doing this on the side for about 5 yrs now. I have around 25 residential and 6 commercial properties. I am starting to get deeper into the commercial part of it, the other day a company called me and asked me to come bid their property, they also wanted me to clear snow in the winter. I have a heavy duty 2500 chevy p/u. So it wouldn't be a problem, I just need to get a plow, I have heard alot can go wrong with plows. I am just wondering how much I will need to spend on one and if it is really worth it for the money.

    thank you
