    Hey guys,
I mowed for this church and the pastor's house also last year, and they built a new church over the off season. It's two acres wide open, no trimming. I put in a bid of $60.00 per cut. How long do you think it will take me? Thanks for any help.

Not that long, and that is a low price.

I agree. I'd almost double it...but then I might loose the bid. Maybe 85.00:dancing:

I'm sure he was pleased, that is because you are $20 - $30 below going rate. tee you what, why don't you come here and do all my work for $35 an acre, and i can sell all my equipment and sub contract to you. Or maybe you could just bid my biggest account 9g's less then what I have been doing it for (problem free) for the past 2 years

"yo" I used to be able to get a nice $65 per acre. Now with all these people who don't realize what their time is worth, i'm lucky if i can get $55/acre. I'm lucky i'm a full time college student as well, because by the time I graduate i'll have to pay someone to let me come and mow their lawn. "Please sir, may I give you $10 to have the privilege of using my $10k lawn mower on your shabby ass lawn."
