I have a project I am looking to do. I have concrete stairs that have to be removed before new ones are built. They are poured not precast. Here is my approximate sq footage of job:

    215sq' of mista pavers
50sq' of mini creta arch wall
1yd of rd2 with zebra grasses behind sitting wall

    Total price of job: $9,900

Here is a drawing of the project:

deep - front to back. not high. Heightwise it's a standard riser, probably 7-7.5"

Hard to say... If you get the job... Not to high.

For my price I would probably be lower.

without setting forth time and effort to do a mock up estimate, 10 grand sounds high.

If the owners are getting multiple estimates - you'll probably be underpriced by a savoy business owner like me.

If they were not planning to get multiple estimates - they will be now.

It's a pretty simple job and a basic/lackluster design. Usually these are the jobs that if you were the 3rd or 4th guy to give them a price, they curse you off of their property.

Your 2' landing will not meet code. Must be a minimum of 3'. You'll need to rework your numbers to take that into account.
