...or should I choose another "Lawn" type book keeping system? I'm giving my CPA a headache and he says I need to get either Quickbooks or something similar. Here's a run down on my business...

    One owner operator
NO employees (And there never will be)
    2 Mowers (ZTR)
    3 trimmers
    2 blowers
    1 truck
    1 trailer
    60 clients
    plowing in the winter
    insured
    currently paying taxes through CPA
    Fall clean ups
    work 5-6 days a week

Quickbooks and Microsoft Outlook should do it for you.

I have Quickbooks Simple Start, it doesn't go into a lot of detail but it gives you all the basic accounting related info that you will need. It is upgradeable so that is why I didn't go with the Pro yet. I think it mainly lacks comparison charts. You may want to go with the Pro for that. The Simple Start is easy to use though if you don't need anything real involved.
